John Hardy is seeking a Bali General Manager for our Bali Workshop and
Design Center. Under the direction of the Group CEO, provides the vision and leadership for the Bali workshop. This position will be responsible for relationships with local stakeholders, local staff and for implementing key workshop initiatives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides leadership to the Bali Team
• Manages external relations in Bali
• Manages the workshop master plan
• Manages workshop General Administration & facilities
• Manages company policy administration
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to work and thrive in a multi-cultural environment
• Enjoys outdoor work
• Interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR )
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Living/Lived in Bali, Indonesia and Knowledgeable in Bahasa Indonesia
• Fluent in English
